There is a very disturbing trend in our current political landscape of disregarding women’s health rights. Determining which medical procedures are right for you should be strictly between you and your doctor, and not religious clergy, elected officials, or your employer! Women’s health rights are not up for political debate!
Please join us to knit a pink uterus, or many uteri, using this adorable knitty pattern, and mail them to the legislator(s) of your choice. Tell them a woman and her doctor should be able to make medically based decisions for reproductive health without interference of government or religion!
If you are on Ravelry, I encourage you to check out the Government Free V-JJ group. On March 27, please bring your pink yarn and come to 2 hours of social protesting and knitting fun!
